Job Summary

We're looking for experienced Remote Chat Moderators to join our team and help us maintain a positive online community. As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for moderating user-generated content on social media platforms, responding to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, identifying and analyzing patterns in user behavior, and collaborating with other team members to improve moderation processes.
