Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed
* Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives
* Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested
* Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past
* Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed
* Providing extensive knowledge about our products and services to customers
* Identifying consumer wants and needs, and driving conversations that build relationships and drive business growth
* Working in teams to meet individual and company benchmarks
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Experience navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
* Social media experience
* Effective written and oral communication skills
