Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Updating client information in Google Sheets with accuracy and efficiency
  • Responding to customer texts through our developed texting platform, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in all tasks
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word software and Google Sheets
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
  • A notable typing pace (at least 40 words per minute)
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries
  • A fast learner, with a willingness to adapt to new systems and processes
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
