Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer service, technical support, and sales calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
  • A computer and reliable internet connection (cable or DSL)
  • Ability to invest $12.95 for a background check and training fees (all fees are reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications
