Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations
- Maintaining high call productivity and quality scores
- Acquiring and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's retail, online banking, mortgage, and business products
- Furnishing prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries
- Demonstrating excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ensuring that customers receive an exceptional level of service, meeting established guidelines and SLAs
- Handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrating abilities to cross-sell financial services and products
- Adhering to and complying with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering
- Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures and completing required training
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, particularly strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills
- Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Skills and Competencies:
