Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in directly supporting our customers and escalating issues as necessary. You'll work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal

• Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
• Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
• Use Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Preferred Experience

* Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information

• Experience working in a customer service role
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
