Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll data, preparing reports, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a skilled data entry professional with a passion for payroll and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy

  • Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation processes
  • Support and lead ad-hoc projects generated by Cox Sales Channels
  • Prepare reports as requested
  • Educate customers on arenaflex products & services
  • Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
  • Draft routine client and/or customer correspondence
  • Respond to questions, help resolve problems, and direct calls to appropriate resources
  • Complete special operational and client projects as assigned
  • Act as liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
  • Provide order activity updates to Sales Support Manager / or Supervisor
  • May coordinate and process off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
  • May act as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force

Requirements

* High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility required
  • Strong experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll/Commission Background a plus

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with payroll software and systems
