Our cutting-edge technology and world-class photo editors enable us to deliver beautiful, cohesive, and on-brand headshots within just three business days, regardless of the location or time of day. Our clients simply follow a simple tutorial to snap a photo on their cell phone, and our team takes care of the rest.

Your Role as a Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our marketing and sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve:

  • Drafting answers to product questions via email
  • Responding to inbound leads
  • Participating in calls to understand client needs and share more about our product and process
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and effective manner

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Identify and escalate customer complaints or concerns to management
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer experience skills

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 5+ years of full-time work experience in a customer-facing role
  • 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer experience or customer service leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services

Compensation and Benefits
