Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our help partners (BPOs) to ensure that their quality meets arenaflex's expectations, including First Contact Resolution, customer satisfaction scores, and other support metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality monitoring programs that result in measurable social changes in colleagues (agents)
  • Collaborate with training and content teams to build compliance with new launches, processes, and policies
  • Maintain high-quality performance across multiple sites and aligned objectives
  • Perform business reviews with Help Partner Teams
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process and project improvements
  • Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs
  • Recognize and analyze trends early and frequently
  • Other activities assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or four additional years of work experience in quantitative or business areas
  • Proven experience in driving project excellence and quality improvements across multiple support sites
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience in refining large datasets to meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
  • Efficient and detail-oriented, with perfect organization and completely finish capabilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, continually changing, team-oriented environment and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • A owner mindset, focused on quality, yield-driven, proactive, and continuously driving yourself to improve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support or a related field
  • Knowledge of logistics and delivery operations
  • Familiarity with quality monitoring programs and process improvements
