Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone.
- Proactively identifying patterns and trends within the department to improve our processes and services.
- Continuously learning and developing knowledge about our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers.
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Experience working in a remote environment and strong computer literacy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat.
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Shift Pattern and Schedule
* Monday to Thursday/Friday
- 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily

* Salary: £25,000.00 per year (pro rata to hours worked)
