About the Job

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Homeoffice Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for answering incoming chats, consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, and proactively communicating with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment.

What You'll Do

* Answer 2-3 incoming chats: Using our LiveEngage platform, you'll provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.

• Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase: Help customers get the most out of their purchase and provide personalized recommendations.
• Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members: Regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats to ensure success in a virtual work environment.
• Provide top-notch customer service: Create a positive experience for our customers and exceed their expectations.
• Identify and resolve problems: Empower yourself to make decisions in the moment and resolve issues in a way that creates a positive customer experience.
• Maintain high performance metrics: Meet or exceed revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability standards.

What You'll Need

* High school diploma or equivalent experience: A strong foundation in education and a willingness to learn.

• 2-3 years minimum customer service experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Great typing skills: A minimum of 40 words per minute and technical proficiency to efficiently handle customer inquiries.
• Reliable internet connection: A stable and fast internet connection with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better.
• A private, dedicated workplace: A quiet and distraction-free space that promotes confidentiality and productivity.
• Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality: A can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
