Responsibilities
- Process standard claims and adjustments accurately and efficiently
- Participate in non-complex claims projects and network initiatives
- Provide strong customer service to EyeMed Account Managers and leadership
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards while adapting to process changes
Skills
- High school diploma
- 0–1 year of claims processing or data entry experience
- Knowledge of PCs, Excel, and basic software (EyeMed, Metastorm, Exclaim, EyeNet)
- Strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
