This is a remote, work-from-home position, perfect for those who are detail-oriented and have a passion for the travel industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data entry or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Inputting travel-related data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining and updating customer information in the company database.
• Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
• Generating reports and ensuring data integrity.
• Communicating with team members and supervisors regarding any discrepancies found in the data.
• Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new processes and systems.
