Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing our company and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies with questions about Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) benefits and mail-order pharmacies
  • Handling an average of 70-80 calls per day, with the ability to take calls back-to-back while toggling through several applications on multiple screens
  • Attending 100% of trainings and the first 90 days of employment to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Resolving customer complaints through independent problem-solving skills and one-call resolution
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A dedicated workspace with no distractions, with a reliable internet connection (cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful even when dealing with difficult situations
  • Foster teamwork and partnership with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Computer literacy and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) benefits and mail-order pharmacies
  • Experience working with multiple applications and systems, with a strong focus on technology and innovation
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
