Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support to our healthcare clients
  • Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
  • Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

Eligibility and Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or have a valid U.S. address for residence
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Be proficient in basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
