What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Discussing key account customer issues and requests by creating CRM cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Resolving key account customer support tickets while keeping clients updated, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Developing training materials on key accounts, sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues and clients
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer key franchise accounts, providing exceptional support and guidance
  • Maintaining a superior phone voice while handling all situations, demonstrating professionalism and poise under pressure

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically, approaching challenges with a logical and methodical mindset
  • Skilled communicator (verbal and written), with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of ClubReady site, with a deep understanding of its features and functionality

  • 12-18 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of success and growth
