Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to document management and internal communications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth operations and accurate information handling. You will work closely with our team to maintain effective internal communication, handle document scanning, filing, faxing, and email correspondence, and prepare contracts with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and manage text-based data with high accuracy, focusing on non-numerical information.

  • Organize and transcribe information on documents related to titles and real estate.
  • Handle document scanning, filing, faxing, and email correspondence.
  • Type and prepare contracts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain effective internal communication within the organization.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the team.

Qualifications

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.

  • Proficiency in typing and handling various types of documentation.
