Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers.
  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, preventing potential conflicts and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.

Position Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: You'll need to be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height. You should be able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: You'll need to be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
