Job Type and Working Hours

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate information about arenaflex services and policies
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Assisting customers with booking and reservations
- Updating customer records in our database
