Job Type and Working Hours

* Full-time

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex services and policies
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Assisting customers with booking and reservations
  • Updating customer records in our database
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Staying informed about new products and services
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Job Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM software
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Located in the United States

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
