You'll be responsible for making outbound calls and emails to follow up on previous services, update clients on upcoming offers and packages, and provide exceptional customer service through interactions with homeowners over phone and email. Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls and emails to follow up on previous services and ensure Trusted Service Quality

• Update clients on upcoming offers and packages to help improve their Home and Life Quality
• Update internal database with critical details and special requests from homeowners
• Provide outstanding customer service through interactions with homeowners over phone and email
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales goals
• Collaborate with the team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or outbound calling environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and social media platforms
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry
