Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Organizing office operations and assisting associates in optimizing procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day activities * Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner, ensuring that all stakeholders receive accurate and timely information * Creating and updating records, maintaining the accuracy and validity of information to support our business needs * Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments, ensuring that our team is well-prepared and on track to meet our goals * Monitoring the level of supplies and handling shortages to prevent disruptions to our operations * Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues in a timely and professional manner * Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures * Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment * Performing receptionist duties when needed, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients Preferred Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management procedures * Knowledge of computer systems, including "back-office" software and applications * Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and other machinery * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers * Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel, with experience in data entry and financial management Why Join Our Team?
