What to Expect:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing technical support
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives

What We Require:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s for reliable and efficient connectivity
  • Possess a dedicated, private, and secure workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
  • Have a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period, ensuring you're equipped with the necessary tools
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period, ensuring a smooth transition into the role

How to Stand Out:

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service
  • Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, showcasing your knowledge and expertise
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, highlighting your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, demonstrating your understanding of customer relationship management
  • Spanish bilingual skills, a valuable asset in serving our diverse customer base
