Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a vital contributor to our daily operations, you'll be responsible for promptly and efficiently addressing customer queries via phone and email, addressing orders, product availability, pricing, delivery service requests, billing, and resolving issues through the appropriate channels. You'll also maintain organized customer files and accounts, update and manage our CRM database, and collaborate closely with our sales organization to provide technical and administrative product information and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing orders, product availability, pricing, delivery service requests, billing, and resolving issues through the appropriate channels

  • Maintain organized customer files and accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Update and manage our CRM database, utilizing prior experience with order processing systems using an ERP or CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with our sales organization to provide technical and administrative product information and documentation to fulfill customer requirements effectively
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Manufacturing departments to meet expected product lead times and handle service requests from customers
  • Provide crucial administrative support to ensure seamless customer interactions and satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits

* Base salary: $48,000 - $67,000, depending on experience and qualifications

  • Discretionary annual bonus: eligible for a bonus based on individual and team performance
  • Incentive compensation for sales roles: eligible for additional compensation based on sales performance
  • Comprehensive benefit plans: including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan
  • Paid time off: including designated holidays and vacation days
