As a part-time Associate Level position, this role will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service through online chat support on arenaflex's website.

The Role

As a Web Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, order status, returns, and general inquiries. You will be the face of arenaflex's customer service, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact on our customers' shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, order status, returns, and general inquiries

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Dedicated and resourceful attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using technology, including web-based chat platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
