Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Rapidly and effectively responding to live chats, showcasing your exceptional communication skills
  • Educating customers about our wide range of products and services, ensuring a positive and enlightening interaction
  • Guiding customers through their online purchase journey, assisting them in selecting the perfect products tailored to their needs
  • Working with sales and marketing leadership to identify opportunities to increase the volume and conversion rate of live chat
  • Training future members of the chat team, and helping them ramp and stay at quota

Essential Qualifications

* A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in chat communication

  • A master of written communication, providing clear and compelling messages that captivate customers
  • A fast learner who absorbs knowledge like a sponge, enabling you to become an invaluable resource for our customers
  • A naturally competitive individual who thrives in a team environment and constantly strives to secure the top spot

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in managing a team and optimizing scripts and conversion funnels post-chat

  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Compensation and Benefits

Our base compensation for this position is $1000 per month plus commissions. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
