Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a pivotal new device for both customers and sales staff to enhance the sales experience. You'll work closely with our Content & Customer Experience team to create engaging content, design user experiences, and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products, features, and applications

  • Collaborate with the Content & Customer Experience team to create high-quality content that resonates with our customers
  • Design and implement user experiences that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales and engagement
  • Work closely with our IT and Product Development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform content and experience development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and content development

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, design)

  • 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners
  • Proven track record of success in content streamlining through UI/UX and digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of arenaflex products and their applications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
  • Experience with happy administration tools, such as Adobe Experience Director
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, design)

  • Experience working in a geo-diverse environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's product roadmap and future plans
  • Strong network and connections within the industry
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
