Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations support team, you'll be responsible for updating and maintaining our company's databases and computer systems with precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be accountable for the following key responsibilities:
- Review and analyze 40-60 work orders, field reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with our company's guidelines.
- Receive and process invoices for payment, updating invoice details accordingly to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Generate template files and download and preprocess multiple datasets in Excel to support data analysis and reporting.
- Send a weekly progress report to your manager on closed work orders, providing a clear and concise overview of your accomplishments.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data entry and processing, and to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed, with minimal errors and omissions.
- Proficient touch typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
