About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Service Supervisor who shares our vision of fostering positive experiences and opportunities for success for our team and customers. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing performance metrics to drive team growth and productivity, employee training, assisting with complex order management, supporting company culture, and resolving escalated customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support the Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Maintain an environment of professionalism and positive team dynamics while supporting the company's goals
  • Oversee performance metrics to drive team growth and productivity
  • Provide employee training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Assist with complex order management and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Monitor customer feedback across various platforms and maintain compliance with company policies
  • Foster and contribute to arenaflex's betterment culture
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager and handle administrative duties, including attendance and other related tasks

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well within a teamwork-based environment
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team members
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities or processes
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with performance metric analysis and employee reviews
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
