Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will be responsible for educating and answering questions regarding customers' warranties, while navigating complex customer interactions and conflicts. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls from customers regarding their warranties
- Educate customers on warranty policies, procedures, and benefits
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive emotional resilience and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices
- Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing
- Previous experience working in a call center environment
