What you'll do:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Connect directly with veterinary clinics to process prescription orders, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
  • Conduct thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
  • Complete accurate data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software
  • Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Work with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and generosity to clients and partners alike
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, sharing feedback, receiving input, and working in a culture of openness and development
  • Engage in conversations with veterinary clinics via telephone (sometimes via other channels depending on the situation) with various topics, primarily utilizing our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record client note accounts, requiring attention to detail
  • Expect a significant portion of the business day to be spent on outbound veterinary clinic/client telephone contacts

What you'll need:

* Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

  • Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Technician Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
  • Decisive reasoning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule and stay at work longer than required on a case-by-case basis by the specialty unit
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • Ability to pass background checks
