Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering their questions, making policy changes, and providing personalized recommendations. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will make all the difference in their experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Make policy changes and updates as requested by customers
  • Provide personalized recommendations to customers to demonstrate the value of being insured by arenaflex
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with insurance products or services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary: $21.34 per hour / $43,000.10 annually
