Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
  • Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of customer products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Offering additional products and services
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • A computer (laptop or desktop) for testing purposes (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
  • High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite connections) and a smartphone
