The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will work in a high-energy call center environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our members. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer solutions that help simplify their healthcare experience and provide them with the support they need to achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experiences
  • Work in a high-energy call center environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our members
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
