What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support to resolve technical issues and billing concerns

Your Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required)
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- The ability to work various shifts as needed
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
