Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding assistance to our customers. You'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, text, chat, and written communications, troubleshooting issues related to our consumer products, and providing information, support, and guidance to consumers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls, text, chat, and written communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting issues related to our consumer products and providing alternative solutions to resolve customer concerns
  • Identifying and analyzing consumer concerns, taking or recommending appropriate actions, and following up to ensure problems are resolved
  • Completing assignments in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner, achieving expected outcomes
  • Prioritizing and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing information, support, and guidance to consumers in a clear and concise manner
  • Effectively handling quality complaints, adverse events, and claims according to Standard Operating Procedures while maintaining superior customer service etiquette
  • Fully, accurately, and immediately documenting all telephone calls in the appropriate CRM system
  • Using correct grammar and making appropriate word choices in written communication and data capture
  • Completing high-quality work according to specifications, thoroughly following standards and procedures, and demonstrating attention to detail
  • Listening actively to others and asking appropriate questions for clarification
  • Demonstrating receptiveness to feedback, listening with an open mind, and understanding differences in communication style adjusting as necessary
  • Maintaining workplace harmony and showing respect

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and reflection, with the goal of gathering information, problem-solving, and diffusing difficult callers
  • Ability to maintain professional behavior in stressful situations
  • Ability to navigate between several computer screens (e.g., CRM Software, ACD System, Email, and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information
