Key Responsibilities

As our Chief Operating Officer, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field: Alternatively, 10 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent: Proven track record of leading business growth, financial management, and operational excellence.
• Experience in income improvement: Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Experience with yearly outer financial review techniques: Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
• Depth of experience in overseeing teams: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results.
• 5 years of public speaking experience: Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• BS/BA in Business Administration or related field: Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience in software, research, or strategy/promotion: Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Experience in domestic and international business operations management: Strong understanding of global business practices and regulations.
• Experience in non-profit financial management: Familiarity with non-profit financial reporting and compliance.
• Experience in Association Management Software Systems: Familiarity with software solutions for association management.
