Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Contributing to and leading efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
• Participating in or leading troubleshooting and resolving critical or escalated technical issues
• Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
• Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers
• Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's advanced data center server and network infrastructure

Essential Qualifications

* Experience troubleshooting hardware or community-related issues using Linux-based tools

• Experience in hardware, networking equipment, working systems, and data center operations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or degrees in a related field a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working within a data center or network operations center environment

• Experience with mild coding or scripting
• Experience with networking protocols
• Ability to collaborate and partner with people and teams to resolve issues
