Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceuticals, verifying prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry using pharmacy systems, ensuring that patient and drug information is up-to-date and secure
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations, including scheduling and workload management
  • Adhering to company guidelines and policies, including those related to pharmacy errors and patient safety
  • Providing support with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, cabinets, and shelves
  • Assisting with special assignments and other tasks as assigned by the pharmacy manager

Customer Experience

As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and we expect you to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers and patients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing personalized recommendations and suggestions to customers, including product and service promotions
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Fostering a culture of customer-centricity, where every interaction is an opportunity to exceed expectations

Operations

As a key member of the pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service, including processing transactions and handling returns and exchanges
  • Recommending products and services to customers, including promotional and seasonal items
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry using pharmacy systems, ensuring that patient and drug information is up-to-date and secure
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations, including scheduling and workload management
  • Adhering to company guidelines and policies, including those related to pharmacy errors and patient safety

Simple Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • To be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • To be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • To have a strong commitment to customer service and patient care
  • To be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
