Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, prototyping, and productionizing innovative models using a range of techniques (Regulated/Unaided/Support)
- Developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for never-before-tackled issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data analysis, and visualization
- Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working with large datasets, including data preparation, feature engineering, and model training
- Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
- Collaborating with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of best practices and standards
Essential Capabilities:
* 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and modeling
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and mathematical modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Capabilities:
* Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
