Job Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our airport communication spaces
• Managing IT administration of all site executions, inventories, framework planning, maintenance, and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT lab equipment, and remote communication room basic climate hardware
• Supporting IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications
• Coordinating with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms
• Managing, operating, supporting, and monitoring all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear
• Developing server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
• Supporting IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring
• Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and methods
• Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate norms and regulations
• Managing project execution of server farm and remote communication room principles capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements
• Selecting IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations
• Overseeing the plan, execution, and vendor support of suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms
• Providing proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware
• Ensuring functional sustainability of airport basic climate framework
• Developing Plan Standards for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems
• Coordinating remote maintenance and break-fix activities for airport basic infrastructure
• Surveying/Storage Maintenance Records. Ensuring errors are remediated
• Providing remote Occurrence Management goal to airport basic hardware
• Providing remote installation, setup, and functional support
• Maintaining strict adherence to change control procedures

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience
• IT project management experience (at least 3 years) within a high-availability communication room or server farm operating environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple needs within established time constraints
• Adaptability to support an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and potential emergency requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Four-year degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience

• IT project management experience (at least 3 years) within a high-availability communication room or server farm operating environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
• Experience with server farm technology and basic infrastructure
• Capital planning and project management experience for airport basic hardware life cycle replacement
• Support for corporate land projects that involve remote communication room design/operation as an IT Offices agent and on-site appraisal reporting
• Space, UPS power, and basic cooling capacity management
• Selection of basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations
• Overseeing the plan, execution, and vendor support of suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms
• Providing proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware
