Essential Qualifications * 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in customer service or a similar high-performing functional group. * 3+ years of experience building teams and developing employee growth plans. * Proven experience driving projects to improve support-related processes and customer experiences. * Strong relational, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills in both Turkish and English. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as software engineering, science, or business. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Familiarity with AWS technologies and cloud-based solutions. * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Success and reporting.
