Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in the United States, with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data entry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time/Full-Time Data Entry Operator (Remote) at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with our process servers teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

While experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals with:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Data entry experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule
