Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Airline Chat Support Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time support to airline customers via live chat, addressing flight bookings, cancellations, baggage policies, and other inquiries.
  • Assisting travelers with online check-in, flight changes, refunds, and special service requests.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues related to airline services and escalating unresolved concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all customer interactions.
  • Keeping updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Logging customer interactions and feedback in the airlines support system for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Working Hours and Flexibility
