Job Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to both English and Spanish-speaking customers via phone or email, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Logging results in our ticketing system and escalating issues when necessary to ensure seamless customer service.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our high standards of quality and excellence.
- Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner, utilizing your problem-solving skills and expertise to find effective solutions.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- At least 6 months of experience in technical support, call center, or help desk environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using various software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
- Familiarity with CCH Pro Systems fx and CCH Access Tax is a plus, but not required.
Equipment Requirements:
To perform your duties effectively, you will need to have access to the following equipment:
- A Windows 11 PC with a minimum Intel Core i3 processor.
- High-speed internet (50-100 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload).
- A cell phone for communication purposes.
- A wired connection via Ethernet cable.
- Compatibility with our required software, which is not compatible with Chromebooks or MacBook's.
