The Opportunity

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Virtual Call Center Operations, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing inbound and outbound customer service calls, creative problem-solving, and high-level customer service. You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients across various industries

  • Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Assess customer needs and provide sound solutions
  • Document all calls and customer interactions
  • Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience

  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations. You'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with programs paying for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join blithequark Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
