Role Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist and Pharmacy Liaison, you'll be the primary contact for our customers in the Eastern US Market. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless adoption of our products and services.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, providing expert guidance and support to customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze customer feedback, using it to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Education: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate customer success metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and satisfaction.

### Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably within a compounding pharmacy, healthcare technology, or medical device environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to customer success and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering timely solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, especially digital health platforms, CRM software, and remote training tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with a knack for resolving issues and optimizing processes to enhance the customer experience.
