Role Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist and Pharmacy Liaison, you'll be the primary contact for our customers in the Eastern US Market. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless adoption of our products and services.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, providing expert guidance and support to customers.

### Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably within a compounding pharmacy, healthcare technology, or medical device environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner.
- Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to customer success and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering timely solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, especially digital health platforms, CRM software, and remote training tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
