Responsibilities
As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing premium customer service to our clients through various digital channels, including:
- Phone, Chat, Email, and Social Media Support: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
- Order Tracking, Returns, and Refunds: You'll assist customers with tracking their orders, processing returns and refunds, and answering warranty questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Information and Website Navigation: You'll provide customers with accurate and up-to-date product information, as well as assist with website navigation to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Building Relationships through Effective Communication: You'll build strong relationships with our customers through effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Digital Chat Experience: You must have prior experience handling multiple chats simultaneously or pass a typing test with 55 WPM.
- Reliable Internet Connection: You'll need a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with the ability to hardwire.
- Professional References: You'll be required to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references.

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, would be beneficial in this role.
