Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers, helping them navigate our offerings and find the best fit for their needs.
  • Identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure timely resolution and prevent potential issues from escalating.
  • Tracking customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments to inform our service improvements and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Striving towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, continuously seeking ways to enhance our service and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a higher educational level being a plus.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems.

Nice-to-haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience in the environmental services and industrial hygiene industry, with a deep understanding of our services and offerings.
  • Knowledge of toxicology or chemistry, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with CRM software and office applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems.
