Benefits and Perks As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * A simple IRA Retirement Plan with a 3% company match * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * A Health Savings Account (HSA) * Paid Time Off (PTO) * A merit-based rewards system * A starting wage of $11.00/hour * Semi-annual pay and performance reviews * Opportunities for career growth and professional development Job Duties As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Fielding inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assisting customers with their queries and concerns * Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers to provide exceptional customer service * Working efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment * Scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed * Gathering and updating customer and vehicle information * Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives * Conducting outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up) * Adhering to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts Position Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A quiet workplace, free from distractions * High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset * Typing skills, minimum of 35 words per minute * Previous customer service experience Eligible Applicants We are seeking applicants who are located within one of the following states: * Georgia * North Carolina * Ohio * Pennsylvania * Texas * West Virginia Schedule/Availability As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
