Job Duties
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

* Working efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment
* Scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed
* Gathering and updating customer and vehicle information
* Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives
* Conducting outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up)
* Adhering to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A quiet workplace, free from distractions
* High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset
* Typing skills, minimum of 35 words per minute
* Previous customer service experience

Schedule/Availability
