The Role

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via online chat. Your goal will be to deliver accurate information about our products and services, schedule appointments, capture customer contact information, and summarize interactions based on customer needs. You'll also be expected to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Responsibilities:

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns
  • Schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for client review
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lead generation
  • Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates multitasking and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lead generation
